Repliqo AI sells digital SaaS subscriptions. Since platform access and usage are delivered digitally upon purchase or account activation, all subscription payments are generally final. We aim to be fair and transparent in every refund decision, and all requests are reviewed in accordance with this policy.
2. Digital Delivery
Access to the Repliqo AI platform is provided digitally after payment confirmation or account activation. No physical product is shipped or manufactured as part of any subscription.
3. Free Trial Conversions — No Refunds
Where Repliqo AI offers a free trial period, the trial is provided at no charge so that you can evaluate the platform before committing to a paid plan. By allowing your free trial to expire without cancelling, you authorise the conversion of your trial into a paid subscription and acknowledge that the paid service has commenced. Subscriptions that convert from a free trial into a paid plan are final and non-refundable. If you do not wish to be charged, you must cancel your subscription before the trial period ends. No refunds will be issued for charges arising from a trial-to-paid conversion.
4. Consumed Usage
Refunds may be denied or reduced proportionally after substantial use of:
- AI replies
- AI training and communication profile building
- LinkedIn account syncing and conversation processing
- Knowledge base ingestion and file processing
- Calendar features
- Multi-account or multi-workspace features
- Analytics and reporting
- Other platform resources
Where significant usage has occurred, partial or full refunds may not be available, regardless of the time elapsed since purchase.
5. Subscription Renewals
Subscription renewals are generally non-refundable unless required by applicable law or approved on an individual basis at our discretion. To avoid an unwanted renewal charge, please cancel your subscription before the next renewal date. Cancellation stops future billing and does not delete your account or data.
6. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting info@repliqoai.com. After cancellation, you retain access to paid features until the end of the current billing period. Future billing stops at the next renewal date.
7. Setup, Onboarding, and Custom Services
If setup, onboarding, or custom implementation services are introduced as separate offerings, those services may be non-refundable once work has started, regardless of whether the subscription itself would otherwise qualify for a refund.
8. Payment Processing
Refunds are processed through the payment method used at the time of purchase. Tax obligations, currency conversion, and fraud-prevention checks may affect refund timing, amounts, or eligibility depending on your location and payment method.
9. Abuse, Fraud, and Policy Violations
Refunds may be denied for accounts that have been found to have:
- Engaged in spam, harassment, or abuse through the platform
- Violated these terms or the terms of service of LinkedIn or other third-party platforms
- Submitted fraudulent or bad-faith refund requests
- Initiated unjustified chargebacks or payment disputes
- Made repeated refund requests across multiple accounts
10. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, send an email to info@repliqoai.com with the following details:
- The email address associated with your account
- Your workspace name
- Your order ID or invoice number, if available
- The reason for your refund request
- Any additional details that may help us review your request
11. Processing Time
We aim to review refund requests within 5 to 10 business days of receipt. If approved, the refund will be processed through your original payment method. Actual processing and settlement times depend on your payment provider and bank, and are outside our control.
