The platform includes connected LinkedIn accounts, a unified conversation inbox, AI training and personalization, AI communication profiles, analytics, a knowledge base, team workspaces, member management, and calendar features.
3. No Affiliation With LinkedIn
Repliqo AI is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or in any way officially connected to LinkedIn Corporation or Microsoft Corporation. All LinkedIn-related features rely on officially available connection methods. LinkedIn is a registered trademark of LinkedIn Corporation.
4. Eligibility
You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction to use Repliqo AI. If you are using the service on behalf of a company or organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these terms on their behalf and bind them to this agreement.
5. Accounts and Workspaces
You are responsible for:
- Keeping your account credentials secure and confidential
- The LinkedIn accounts you connect to the platform
- The members you invite into your workspaces and the roles you assign to them
- The AI settings, prompts, guardrails, and behaviors you configure
- All activity that takes place under your account and workspace
6. Connected Third-Party Accounts
When you connect third-party accounts such as LinkedIn or calendar services, you authorize Repliqo AI to access and interact with those accounts to provide the service. You remain responsible for complying with the terms of service of LinkedIn and any other third-party platforms you connect. Third-party platforms may change their APIs, policies, or access methods at any time, which may affect service functionality. Repliqo AI is not responsible for actions taken by third-party platforms.
Repliqo AI is not responsible for any account restrictions, temporary limitations, reduced functionality, suspensions, or permanent bans imposed on your LinkedIn or any other third-party platform account. While we implement safety measures, rate limiting, and best-practice algorithms designed to minimise the likelihood of such actions, we cannot guarantee that LinkedIn or any third-party platform will not take restrictive or adverse action against your account. By connecting a third-party account, you acknowledge that you do so at your own risk, that you are solely responsible for ensuring your use of the platform complies with the terms and policies of any third-party service, and that Repliqo AI shall not be liable for any loss of access, account limitations, reduced functionality, or damages of any kind arising from or related to actions taken by third-party platforms.
7. AI-Generated Content
AI replies and suggestions are generated automatically and may occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate. You are responsible for reviewing, approving, supervising, and monitoring messages sent from your connected accounts. Repliqo AI does not guarantee any specific business outcomes, leads, sales, reply rates, or platform growth from using the service.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Repliqo AI to:
- Engage in any illegal activity
- Send spam, unsolicited bulk messages, or automated outreach in violation of applicable laws or platform rules
- Engage in fraud, impersonation, or deceptive practices
- Harass, abuse, or harm other people
- Scrape or misuse data beyond the intended functionality of the platform
- Gain unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or data
- Violate the terms of service or policies of LinkedIn or any other third-party platform
- Send sensitive, regulated, or unlawful content through the platform
- Use Repliqo AI to bypass LinkedIn rate limits, restrictions, or detection mechanisms
- Resell, sublicense, or share platform access without express written permission
9. Subscriptions and Plans
Repliqo AI is offered on a subscription basis. Subscription plans may include platform access, AI reply credits, connected LinkedIn account slots, AI training, analytics, knowledge base storage, workspace members, calendar features, and optional add-ons. Features and limits depend on the plan you choose. Plan details are described at the time of purchase and may be updated over time with reasonable notice.
10. Billing and Renewals
Subscriptions renew automatically on a recurring basis until you cancel. Prices may be subject to applicable taxes, fees, or exchange rates depending on your location. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method on file for each renewal period until you cancel.
11. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time to stop future renewals. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid billing period, at which point access to paid features ends. Cancelling your subscription does not automatically delete your account or workspace data.
12. Refunds
Refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy. Please note that subscriptions that automatically convert from a free trial into a paid plan are final and non-refundable — by allowing your trial to convert, you authorise the subscription charge and acknowledge that the paid service has commenced. 13. Digital Delivery
Repliqo AI is a digital SaaS product. Access to the platform is provided digitally after payment confirmation or account activation. No physical goods are shipped or manufactured as part of any subscription.
14. Intellectual Property
Repliqo AI and its parent entity retain ownership of the platform, including its software, design, branding, and all related intellectual property. You retain ownership of your business data, conversations, uploaded files, knowledge base content, AI prompts, and workspace configuration. By using the platform, you grant Repliqo AI a limited, non-exclusive license to process your data solely to provide the service to you.

16. Availability and Changes

We want to resolve issues directly and fairly. Accounts found to have submitted fraudulent or bad-faith chargebacks may be suspended.
20. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Repliqo AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, customers, or business opportunities, arising from your use of or inability to use the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim.
21. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Repliqo AI and its team members from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses arising from: your use of the service; your violation of these terms; your violation of applicable laws or regulations; your violation of the terms of third-party platforms such as LinkedIn; or any content or messages sent through your connected accounts.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we make material changes, we will take reasonable steps to notify you, such as by sending an email or displaying a notice in the platform. Continued use of the service after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
